Covers the male reproductive organs in order, from an overview of the system to the testes, epididymis, ductus deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate, bulbourethral glands, penis and scrotum. For the testes, it describes development, external and internal structure and coverings, and for the penis and scrotum it sets out structure, blood supply, innervation and scrotal layers. A table compares the scrotal layers with the corresponding abdominal wall layers, and the note includes many labelled diagrams.

MALE REPRODUCTIV System.
- The male reproductive system responsible for the production, storage and delivery of sperm.
Organs :
1. Testes: The primary male reproductive organs responsible for producing sperm and testosterone.
2. Epididymis: A coiled tube located on the back of each testicle where sperm mature and are stored.
3. Vas Deferens: Tubes that carry mature sperm from the epididymis to the urethra during ejaculation.
4. Seminal Vesicles: Glands that produce a significant portion of semen, providing nutrients and fluid to sperm.
5. Prostate Gland: Produces a fluid that nourishes and protects sperm, forming part of semen.
6. Bulbourethral Glands: Also known as Cowper's glands, they secrete a clear fluid that lubricates the urethra and neutralizes acidity in the urethra.
7. Urethra: A tube that carries urine and semen out of the body through the penis, though not simultaneously.
8. Penis: The external male reproductive organ that contains the urethra and is involved in sexual intercourse and urination.
9. Scrotum: A sac of skin and muscle that houses the testes, helping to regulate their temperature for optimal sperm production.
10. Hypothalamus and Pituitary Gland: Control the production and release of hormones that regulate the functions of the male reproductive system, including testosterone.
