Adequate work surface lighting: 300–500 lux; avoid glare.
2. Microclimate & Environment
Temperature: 20–22 °C.
Relative humidity: 40–60 %.
Air velocity: ≤0.2 m/s.
Noise: ≤55 dB(A).
3. Work Organization & Breaks
Active breaks: stretching, short walks every 1–2 hours.
Passive breaks: rest and eye relaxation.
Work schedule: avoid long uninterrupted VDT exposure; recommend 5–10 min break every hour.
4. Preventive Measures
Screen filters, anti-glare surfaces, and regular cleaning.
Employee training on posture and eye care.
