Covers the muscles of the forearm, grouped into anterior flexor, lateral and posterior extensor compartments. For the anterior group it sets out superficial, intermediate and deep layers with origin, insertion, innervation and function in tables, noting median nerve passage through the cubital fossa. The lateral and posterior extensor muscles follow in superficial and deep layer tables, then a short section on the antebrachial fascia.
Topic 36 of 236 in the MU Pleven syllabus for Anatomy Bones and Muscles (Medicine, Year 2). The free AceMed note covers it in 6 sections, about 85 words (7 min of reading), with 12 flashcards.
